Joe Clarkson:

Joe is a general certified appraiser who is qualified to do residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial appraisals in both Illinois and Iowa. He has been in business for thirteen years and has worked with many lenders, realtors, attorneys and private owners throughout this area. Joe entered the appraisal business with thirty years experience in the banking industry. He worked in commercial and agricultural lending and was a bank president for ten years. In addition to his appraisal schooling, Joe holds a degree in agricultural business from Purdue University. 

Joe has been a resident in Northwestern Illinois for 25 years and has worked with various civic groups to promote economic growth and tourism for this area. He truly believes that this area of the country provides a rich quality of life for both individual families and businesses.
